A while ago Forex SAS went to the market. We forgot about that robot until one of our members asked us yesterday. We analyzed this trading tool. The robot trades not often (in 2009 it has been triggered only 4 times) and enters up to 4 positions at the same time.

Forex Automator Pro was running during 9 weeks on our LIVE account. After many winning trades i had a losing one which shows the result of the bad risk reward ratio as it went to an overall loser with that trade. In total it is down by 1.5% ending in an projected yearly profit of -9%. Due to the non significant results and the bad code quality we decided to stop trading this robot as of today.

We had Pip Brains running on a live account for more than 6 weeks. During that period it lost 24% of the account ending in a projected yearly profit of -100%. We decided to stop trading this robot as of today.

Once more we hit the 100% margin level. To avoid a margin call on that big account we added another 5’000 to the deposit on that trading account. It will take months until we get out of the EURCHF trades to remove that pair.

We analyzed Pips Dominator and realized that on 5-digit brokers this robot does not work correctly it widens takeprofit and stoploss by factor 10. Beside that the link to the robot already points to a new product and the robot is performing well mainly in 2006 and does not make significant gains afterwards according to our backtests. The biggest lie is on the homepage where the vendor claims hundreds of pips profit from a single trade in his trade samples while the robot has a takeprofit of 5 pips only.
